I have been a big advocate of homemade juicing since last year, October, when it helped me shed unwanted pounds. However I won’t be talking about juicing in this post , or not yet anyway. I just thought that since it is Valentine’s day today (not that I am big on it) I thought I’d share a favourite juice recipe of mine . Here goes….
2 Red Apples (Medium sized)
2 Carrots (Medium sized)
1/2 Beet Root
1 Stalk of local Celery
Wash everything thoroughly. Slice Apples, Carrots & Beet Root into half, or good enough to fit the juicer.
Do not peel or take skin out.
Juice all ingredients and pour into a glass over ice.
Try it. It is very refreshing and can be taken anytime of the day, as part of your meal or even as a snack. Oh and did I mention it’s very healthy?!! 🙂 Happy Juicing!!!
